This TV-Show should have been a fresh start for the on screen life of the DC Comics character John Constantine. But unfortunately the ratings were very poor, and after the 13th episode it was cancelled. But honestly, Matt Ryan’s Constantine is much closer to the iconic comic book character, although Keanu Reeves gave a brilliant performance in the 2005 film.

For all the Supernatural lovers out there this show got a precious easter egg – in the third episode we can hear that Constantine and the Winchester brothers use the same spell for exorcism.
