The film is excellent, not without mistakes, of course, but it is already a decent trilogy, or maybe a Quadro.

I watched Newstudio in the voiceover. For some reason, they persistently translated billion as a million. I already thought that everything, fuck the Earth, there are only 8 million people left on the planet, but I listened to the original — still a billion. I understand that the translator fucked up, but the actors read out 8 million with their mouths and no one was confused by it?
The film is normal in places, there are memorable scenes, but in general it is boring. Debicki is a wooden actress. The ending slightly stretched the overall impression.
As a result, Cloverfield is the 10th best of the trilogy.

Objectively speaking, it is not the best film of the genre. There are flaws in it, and from the middle it gets boring. But I love this kind of theme, so in general it was interesting to me. A subjective solid four.)))
