Overview

1715. The Golden Age of Piracy. New Providence Island is a lawless territory, controlled by history's most notorious pirate captains. The most feared is Captain Flint.

As the British Navy returns to redeem their land and exterminate Flint and his crew, another side of him emerges. Captain Flint aligns himself with Eleanor Guthrie, daughter of the local kingpin, to hunt the ultimate prize and ensure their survival.

Many opponents stand in their way: rival captains, jealous of Flint's power; Eleanor's ambitious and intrusive father; and a young sailor recently recruited onto Flint's crew, John Silver, who constantly undermines his captain's agenda.

I understand why everyone let Charles Wayne die. But I can never forgive them for that. Neither Rackham and Bonnie, who abandoned him (all these are excuses, they had a chance to take him with them), nor Billy, who allowed this to happen (although it was obvious why he was doing it and how hard it was for him), nor the people for whom Wayne fought so much. And even my beloved Flint has no excuses - damn, he saved you from the noose, came for you then, chose you over Teach, and you let Billy calm you down and entrust Wayne's rescue to others. They all abandoned him. Yes, with a heavy heart, but they abandoned it.
And damn it, I understand absolutely all the arguments why this was done, but it broke my heart so much and it's terribly unfair. Charles Wayne's life wasn't worth a damn trunk. And he had deliberately sacrificed himself for the pirates who had already abandoned him. And now Eleanor, whom I hated, turned out to be wrong - Charles Wayne can grow, can forgive, can show humanity. And he has much more humanity than the same hypocritical Guthrie.
My respect to the creators of the series is amazing, how they staged the whole scene, how they touched our hearts. This death was not epic, as many would like, but it was much scarier and harder. She was real. In deathly silence, even without music. And Zach McGowan perfectly managed to convey everything he had to convey. Rest in peace, Charles Wayne. You deserved better. Nassau will definitely never forget you.

To the last, I believed that Charles would somehow escape his fate.(

Finally, the bespectacled rat got his way!

My name is John Silver, and I've got a long fucking memory.

Historical? Flint historically did not exist. Pirates, who are still documented, are killed ahead of time here. Who even said that the series is historical?

These so-called "homophobic people" in Russia do not have their own position. But there is a position imposed by carefully thought-out media reports, which easily took root in the absence of the ability to think critically.
And please don't talk about "propaganda." Because saying "Thomas loves James" is not propaganda of homosexuality. But insisting "Gays are not people, they should be castrated, deprived of civil and social rights" is still some kind of propaganda of hatred and aggression. So 80% of the population, of course, is faced with propaganda, but not from the side from which they believe.
So let's not turn to this stupid argument anymore.

As for the "hypocrites", this remark has nothing to do with Russia and even this resource. There are also a lot of hypocrites on foreign resources, and there are those who also swear never to watch Black Sails again.

Em... That's the twist. The funny thing is that it doesn't even look unnatural to the character. I mean, everything he's done so far is how he's behaved... all this is suitable regardless of sexual orientation.

However, the audience of hypocrites will now get up and leave.
